Yeah, he should be! There was an accident with a cyclist on the same street the day after, maybe he was checking female-butts also .
Luckily we always write down how we develop the film, so we can tell you exactly (which HP5 do you have? Middle format is sometimes a bit different from 135mm): Developer: Kodak HC110 15mL in 465mL water 5,5min at 23 degrees Celcius (but maybe we pushed this one a bit too far, because it was very sunny outside, 5min would have been better)
Stopbath: Amaloco S10 25mL in 500mL water 1 min at 23 degrees Celcius
Fixation: Tetenal Superfix Plus dilution 1:3 (we lost the manual so we went 'safe' and used a low dilution (125mL on 375mL water), you can use this a few times before it's 'exhausted'.) 5min at 20 degrees Celcius
Don't forget to rinse extensively with water! We also use Kodak Photo-Flo 200 to remove droplets from the film!
cool... i can't write out my developing so precisely... it's something like this:
load film in tank, add diafine A... scratch butt, eat an apple. remove diafine A, and refill with diafine B... finish eating apple. talk to someone on the phone for 5min, periodically shaking tank... some time later remove diafine B. wash quickly with water (not so hot that it burns the skin, and not so cold that it makes your balls shrink) then fill with 3 month old rapid-fixer, continue telephone conversation... remove fixer 3min later, or when telephone conversation is finished. open tank, break film roller into 3 month old ilfotol to wash... stir it a bit and hang to dry... admire the results!!
i love the simplicity of diafine!
